Running a company can be isolating and full of distractions
As the founder of a startup or the owner of a business, you have a lot on your plate. You are HR, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, sometimes all in the same day. Not to mention that you’re responsible for keeping the company pointed in the right direction and achieving its goals. Keeping all those balls in the air is a full-time job, and often that leaves very little room for doing the one thing you actually wanted to do when you started this business: solve a real problem for real people. Whether you’re building a SaaS tool for hospitals to find nurses for open shifts, or running an HVAC business managing the air quality of large office buildings, you probably didn’t start your company so you could spend a whole day figuring out how to pay contractors in a legally compliant way, or a whole week designing a performance management plan for an underperforming employee.
What if you had a trusted partner you could turn to for help with removing some of these distractions?
What if that trusted partner had years of experience in building and running companies, and knew how to help you get back to actually building your business?
What if that person were available immediately?
And what if that person cost less than a full-time employee?

My Background
I am an expert in solving the problems that many founders face every day: many things to do but limited time to do them. I help keep the lights on so founders can focus on growth, all while acting as a trusted and knowledgeable advisor to their business. If you’re a founder who is spread too thin, get back to doing what you do best by handing off company operational items like vendor management, interfacing with your law firm, and managing Carta and Bill.com.
I spent 6 years at Uber in a variety of operations leadership roles, growing with the company from 500 employees to >20,000. I built a number of Ops organizations from scratch, in both the U.S. and Latin America, as well as in both the rideshare and micromobility business units.
Some other companies I’ve worked with: Incredible Health, Flare, NuBrakes, Rumi.ai, and Nuvocargo. I love working with great leaders to help their businesses scale.
I grew up in the Boston area and now live in San Diego, though I’ll never stop rooting for the Patriots and Red Sox or drinking Dunkin’. I got my undergraduate degree in business at Washington University in St. Louis, with a double major in Organizational Behavior and Entrepreneurship.
