I worked for Uber for 6 years from early 2014 to 2020. I started in Baltimore market operations. I then spent 3 years in Latin America building the Driver Operations and later the Central Operations team for the region to support 5x growth in the business over 2 years. My last role was with JUMP Bikes and Scooters, where I built the Central Operations team for the United States and Canada and was responsible for operational standardization and decreasing unit costs by more than 50% across our >20 markets.
I was the Vice President of Operations for Incredible Health, as well as a member of their executive team. I helped the business scale from a $60M to a $1.6B valuation over the course of my 13 months in the organization. I managed and grew the customer-facing, business operations, and marketplace functions to support 500% revenue growth during that time.
I am a Portfolio Advisor for Launch Factory, a startup studio in San Diego. I am currently working with one of their portfolio founders as a strategic advisor. I am helping the company with its initial product launch.
I helped Nuvocargo optimize its org structure and identify the right talent needs for their 1 to 100 scaling phase. I also helped them build an interview process for the senior leadership team, and assisted in the hiring process for their senior people and business operations leaders.
NuBrakes brought me on initially as an adviser to their CEO to be a sounding board for organizational plans and operational scaling. Later, I coached their Head of Sales on developing his organization. Most recently, they asked me to identify and solve systemic issues causing potential new customers to fall out of the sales funnel.
I work for Flare’s executive team structuring and leading of a number of strategic cross-functional projects involving the Product and Operations organizations.
SFR3 hired me on a project basis to centralize a variety of operational and manual processes that have to occur between purchasing and selling the homes they acquired. This involved bringing on a project manager, multiple outbound call agents, and developing a standardized project management tool to streamline and track progress, documentation, and issues.
I serve as the fractional COO for Rumi.ai. In this role I function as a right hand to the CEO, handling day-to-day operations of the company such that they can focus on impactful product and hiring work. My responsibilities include payroll operations, hiring operations, equity grants, legal team liaison, bookkeeping service liaison, and ad-hoc company projects.
I served as the pre-launch advisor and part-time executive for FemGevity’s founders. I proposed and assisted in the execution of a product strategy change prior to the company’s official launch.
I acted as a part-time COO for Mudflap. In this role I built analysis to better understand the performance of the truck stop network, and developed an updated fuel pricing model based on this work. I also scoped and hired multiple Customer Experience and Sales roles for the company.
