Regular interactions and updates in your preferred format

No matter how you choose to engage SimplifyCOO, I will meet with you regularly to discuss company priorities and your ongoing needs. You can think of this as a combination of a 1-on-1 with a direct report where you can assign work, and a meeting with an advisor where you can discuss the big issues you’re dealing with in the company.

Someone who feels like a part of the team

One of my goals at SimplifyCOO is to make everyone at your company feel like I’m a part of the team. I introduce myself on Zoom to the executive team, I will become part of your communications channels like Slack, and I will be responsive much like a full-time employee.

Speed and flexibility

Need someone fast? I can typically start as soon as the following week. Want to pay partly in equity in order to conserve cash or align our interests? No problem. I’m here to figure out the setup that works best for you and your company, and to make it happen way faster than a typical full-time interview process and onboarding would take. Plus, you pay me as a contractor, so the price you see is the price you pay, no added costs for benefits or insurance.

Zero long-term commitments

Want to try me out for a month? Great! Want to keep our contract month-to-month after that? Great! All of these packages are monthly prices with absolutely zero additional commitment.

Package 1: Remove My Distractions - $949 / month

Your business requires a lot of your attention on things that need to get done just to keep the lights on. When a bill comes in from a vendor, you’re the one who needs to review it, make sure it’s paid, and get it into Quickbooks. When you hire a new employee, you’re the one who has to spend the time getting them access to all the company tools and systems. When an employee has questions about their paystubs or benefits, you’re the one who has to look into it.

You got into this business to solve a problem in the world, but every day your time is take up by things that are keeping you from doing that. What if you had a trusted partner who could remove some of these distractions so you could get back to doing the important stuff?

The “Remove My Distractions” package offers coverage for the main activities that are needed to keep your business running every day: payroll, invoices, cash management, and systems access. Get these things off your plate, get more of the important stuff done.

You get an interim manager for a key team, an owner of your performance management program, an owner of strategic vendor identification and onboarding, and a right hand on company strategy.
